This annual festival takes place every year during Saturdays and Sundays in August in the Buddhist temple located between 316 and 315 south. 

It is a celebration of Japanese culture and food, which has become a tradition in Brasilia. The temple is open for visits and there is a number of vendors with cool products, as well as cultural programming including cos-play contests, kung-fu and sumo demonstrations, Japanese dances, traditional drumming and so on. There are numerous food vendors, as well as a yummy and affordable central canteen with Japanese dishes. It is a great event for all ages.
