Fabio Oliveira is a Brazilian with a passion for everything bread and so he ventured out for 4 years to Germany to learn everything about it. He worked in the famous Meisterbäckerei Bergheim in Colone which is a glowing recommendation for his skills. He produces Bretzel (Pretzel in Englisch), different styles of German bread and bread rolls.
The Laugenbroetchen (German pretzel rolls) are an absolute favorite with not only the German community.
Brotkultura is not a shop and only produces on order. Orders can only be placed on his Instagram. Fabio himself delivers his products every Tuesday and Saturday or you can pick it up from his home. For the Tuesday delivery you must order by the latest the Monday before by 10:00, for the Saturday delivery the Friday before by 10:00
