Founded in 1981, Bar Dos Cunhados is one of the oldest traditional bars still operating in Brasília and a fantastic place to experience the relaxed atmosphere of a classic Brazilian boteco.

The bar has all the charm you would expect from an old-school neighborhood hangout. Guests can sit on the veranda at simple wooden tables and benches or enjoy the large outdoor courtyard beneath a huge mango tree that provides plenty of shade and character. The atmosphere becomes especially lively during football season, as the bar is also a well-known meeting point for supporters of Clube de Regatas do Flamengo.
